Approximately 1,100 people gathered in Hollywood on Sunday, June 24, demanding full rights for immigrants. The march, sponsored by the organization Act Now to Stop War ' End Racism (A.N.S.W.E.R.), peacefully wove through the streets of Hollywood under the watchful eye of a reported 500 members of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Tatiana Crochet is on the throw squad for the track and field team and is looking forward to the upcoming season. Tatiana is a senior majoring in Kinesiology who, upon graduating, plans to apply to Northridge's physical therapy program. The track and field team is currently conditioning for their season that begins at the end of January.
