Aerosmith walked into the Neversoft Entertainment studio in Woodland Hills to record their motion-capture session of Guitar Hero. Before Steven Tyler began his session, he had one question: "Where's Adam Jennings?" Tyler wanted to know who this guy was, so the studio called Jennings in, and he got to watch Aerosmith do their session.

Campus has no plans to rebuild women’s center

Campus employees say that the Women's Research and Resource Center on the corner of Plummer Street and Darby Avenue, which caught fire in December 2007, will not be rebuilt. Robin Tyler and Diane Olson got married on June 16 after 5 p.m. in front of the Beverly Hills Courthouse, where they were initially denied a marriage license on Valentine's Day in 2004. Along with other couples, Tyler and Olson filed lawsuits against the state of California because of its statewide ban on same-sex marriage.

Laurie makes a ‘House’ call

Hugh Laurie and the others stars of the critically acclaimed FOX drama/comedy "House" made appearances at a special screening of an episode on June 12 at Arclight Cinema in Hollywood. "House" creator and executive producers were also in attendance. With "House" in its fourth season, Laurie said he is happy with the direction of the show.

Antonio Galvan Jr. was majoring in business at CSUN with the hopes of becoming the chief executive officer of a successful company and retiring by age 40.?This dream is no longer possible because his life was cut short on June 1. He was 28. Galvan was driving home northbound on Interstate 5 south of Roxford Street in the early hours of the morning when he collided with another vehicle.

New country music album not much of a jewel at all

Tuition hikes problematic for students
