Bush’s plans to stem illegal immigration lacking

defaultuser May 16, 2006
On Monday night, President George W. Bush gave a speech detailing his stance on illegal immigrants. I have to admit that I was stunned to see a lengthy, detailed speech from this president that recognized gray areas and complexity; one that addressed a pressing, domestic issue without one mention of the word "evil" or "terrorist.

I just got through reading your article, and it really stood out to me. I saw "Unied 93) a couple of weeks ago or so and I was going through the same emotions as you. I felt the same way, and thought some of the same things as well. Then a couple of days after I saw "United 93," I saw a movie that tells the truth of what happened to "United 93," or should I say what didn't happen.

Jen Balao May 16, 2006
CSUN's production of the musical "Hair," which closed last weekend, was an extremely energetic show powered by the great and courageous talents of its cast. The story was blatant, compelling and hilarious. The hour and 45 minute performance was never at any point predictable but at every opportunity shocking with parodies of religion, drugs, sex and war.
