Grover Castro Tiburcio, a CSUN alumni who majored in music education, traded his original mariachi charro jacket with Dodgers relieving pitcher Joe Kelly in late June. Kelly later wore the charro jacket when the Dodgers visited the White House the following week to commemorate their 2020 World Series Championship win.
