The CSUN Faculty Senate voted to pass a resolution that opposes the proposed implementation of Assembly Bill 1460 that was signed into law by Gov. Gavin Newsom on Aug. 17. AB 1460 is a new three-unit ethnic studies requirement for all CSU campuses and will go into effect for students graduating in the 2024-2025 school year.
