The Institute for Sustainability is putting on the event and their tentative schedule for the day includes a workshop on water conservation that will show students how to conserve water both at home and CSUN. Also scheduled is a presentation on the history of water in the San Fernando Valley.
Annie Sherman, administrative analyst at the Institute for Sustainability said prize’s will be given out, they include, Eco-friendly water bottles from Kleen Kanteen and other prizes from the Matador Bookstore and Associated Students.
The event will take place on Tuesday, October 20th from 9am -4pm in the Oviatt Library’s Presentation Room. Don’t know where that is?
No problem. Head straight in to the library and make a left. Once you hit the computer lab, on your right side there will be a staircase that will lead you straight in to the room.
See you there.
