Mustache March originated in the U.S. Air Force to honor the icon, Robin Olds. The annual tradition marks a well-intentioned protest against the facial hair regulations. Olds was the first to start this tradition, when he grew out a handlebar mustache to defy his leadership.
The tradition is now celebrated by thousands of men who strut the most stylish and elegant of all facial hair types: the mustache. Many students around CSUN also honor this tradition, by growing out their facial hair. Check out some of the stylish facial hair going on around campus!
