CSUN philosophy student Gahren Moradian, accused of allegedly claiming to have a gun in the Oviatt Library on Sept. 27, appeared in the North Valley Municipal Court on Thursday.
Thursday’s scheduled preliminary hearing was moved to a later date after Judge Lloyd Nash denied Moradian’s lawyer to move the trial into the evidence-gathering phase.
Moradian waived his right to a speedy trial and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.
