Tobias Summers, one of the two men accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old Northridge girl, was caught hiding in a drug rehab center in Mexico, according to CBS News.
He was found after tips were given to the FBI about his whereabouts and he was identified by the Superman tattoo in the middle of his chest. Mexican authorities arrested him Wednesday morning.
