Next month, four to five food trucks will park near Bayramian Lawn in one of two events called CSUN Dines.
The first of the two events will take place on April 3 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and the other on May 1 during the same time period.
The event is meant to be a gathering for faculty, staff and students to relax and enjoy one another’s company.
The trucks that will be at CSUN are the Grilled Cheese Truck, Greek Grub Truck, The Wafl Truck, The Lobos Truck and the Street Kitchen, which will be available for students and faculty to indulge in.
In addition to food trucks, there will be three to six information tables sponsored by campus clubs and organizations, departments, programs or facilities according to the flyer.
Associated Students hopes the event will be successful in bringing everyone together on campus. If successful, CSUN Dines will become a regular event held once a month.
The event will serve as an opportunity to all departments, clubs and organizations to advertise their services, what they offer and overall, to learn about the organizations and achievements they’ve accomplished.
CSUN Dines is hosted by Associated Students Productions.
