So I was told by Eric Bankston, the media person from the men’s soccer team, to go get some interviews at the end of practice yesterday (Wednesday). I showed up at 2:45 p.m. (practice was scheduled to end at 3 p.m.), but for some reason the team didn’t finish until like 3:50 p.m. and I was there waiting. My butt hurt from sitting down so much. I had some other editing to do and thank god I had my phone (which has internet and mobile word) with me because that’s the only way I didn’t waste over an hour without doing anything.
But oh well, one’s gotta do what one’s gotta do. Just know that (sometimes) when you read those quotes from the men’s soccer team…well they’re over-an-hour-waited-on quotes. And if anyone’s going by the practice field, would you please take me some cold water, pretty please?
