Game Day: Pepperdine (1-9) @ CSUN (2-6)

I’ll be blogging live from the Matadome, where the Matadors will try to add one more grief to the Waves’ current nine-game losing streak. CSUN snapped a six-game skid of its own last week by beating Denver 80-53 at home.

Both teams have been tortured a little by the Pacific 10. UCLA handed the Matadors an 18-point defeat Dec. 7 at Pauley Pavilion while Pepperdine traveled to USC and was beat by 14 on Monday.

Three of the Waves’ losses have been at the hands of Big West Conference teams: Long Beach State (80-61, Dec. 3), UC Irvine (71-63, Dec. 7) and Pacific (73-55, Saturday)

Game’s set to tip off at 7:05 p.m.
