Tresvant, Rutherford and Braswell arraignment re-scheduled

Deon Tresvant, Dallas Rutherford and Jeffrey Braswell did not enter a plea Monday regarding the allegations that they stole from a Porter Ranch Best Buy on New Year’s Day, a San Fernando Superior Court clerk said.

Their arraignment was re-scheduled for Feb. 26.

    It is obvious that CSUN Dave has a lot of issues. It is important that we not get mad at him and that we pray for him. He is obviously mislead. Maybe we can encourage Dave that he needs to pick up his Bible and read it because the doctrine he preaches is straight from the Bible.

    Dave I pray that you workout the dark hole and hatred that you have inside. Don’t let the Devil destroy your sole like he is trying to do. Be positive in all that you do.

    The Racist Pastor call on to satan for help? I think that this episode is quite funny as The Racist pastor took aim at other religious organizations.
    I attended Last week’s session and It seem to me that the racist pastor
    was not at all humble and was trying to take down scientologists, mormons, buddhists, or whoever was a born again thief. Dudley, didn’t your mother ever tell you that it isn’t nice to poke fun at others. When I saw this hypocrisy I started to question the pastor of biogtry. So now I
    get it, If you are a christain and a crook, you be allowed to go to heaven.

    I understand that search warrant was served and carried out two weeks ago and that the dollar amount involved as well as the potential charges are likely to increase for Rutherford. Not sure about Deon.

    …did he plea not guilty, guilty or no contest? or he didn’t show up or the charge/s against him was dropped?

    …or his arraignment date is not today?
