The villain of all villains, Michael Kirby hit two three-pointers for Pacific (one of them as he was fouled) and drew the Tigers within five before Mark Hill hit a three of his own for CSUN.
CSUN threw the ball away on its second to last possession of the game and Pacific got two free throws out of it, making one.
CSUN is up 33-27 at halftime. Hill leads all scorers with 10 points. Chad Troyer and Kirby have seven points apiece for Pacific.
