It may be only the first week of the spring 2026 semester, but CSU faculty and staff are already making their voices heard. Around fifty faculty and staff marched around campus this morning, demanding better pay and calling on CSU administration to follow through on promised raises. The administration recently approved raises for top officials, while faculty and staff say there is little commitment to fully fund the STEP program, which offers raises based on years of service. Faculty and staff participating in a rally said they hope it will prompt administrators to show employees the respect they deserve.
