The Student Recreation Center plans to get students motivated and engaged at the gym Thursday for a new Master Class.
Co-created and led by Terry Shorter, the SRC’s R.I.P.P.E.D. master class will allow students to work out and compete with their classmates by combining various weight lessons with the class’s formula of resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance.
According to the SRC, R.I.P.P.E.D is the one stop body shock fitness formula that involves the use of free weights, resistance and body weight to get the heart pumping.
Students and friends get in free for the master class. Sign ups for the class are at the Total Training Zone in the SRC or on the SRC’s website.
The class will start at 6 p.m. on Feb. 21st.
