Abbot Kinney First Fridays (AKFF)
Friday, March 7
Location: Abbot Kinney Boulevard Venice, CA
Time: 5 p.m.- 2 a.m.
Parking: Hourly/metered, arrive before 4 p.m.
Amenities: Art, food, entertainment, music, bars, shopping
On the first friday of every month, storefronts and eateries on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice open their doors for extended hours. In addition to the local art and boutique shops, over three dozen food trucks line the narrow streets surrounding Abbot Kinney Boulevard. Tacos, sushi, cheesesteaks and falafel– you name it, they have it.

Santa Monica Food Truck Lot
Tuesday, March 11
Location: 2612 Main Street Santa Monica, CA
Time: 5 p.m.- 9 p.m.
Parking: Hourly/metered, best FREE parking on 4th Street (4 blocks East)
Amenities: Food, drinks, entertainment
Every Tuesday evening, a select group of food trucks rally at the historic California Heritage Museum, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the museum’s future event curation. Unwind with friends and family by sampling food from each truck, or pull up a seat at The Victorian and order a cocktail. Kid friendly.

Truck It Fest DTLA Art Walk Dinner
Thursday, March 16
Location: 246 S. Spring Street Los Angeles, CA
Time: 6 p.m.- 11 p.m.
Parking: Hourly/metered, arrive early to avoid the rush and take in the original art

Awaken your inner-hipster and break in that new houndstooth scarf while you peruse the art and entertainment. Gnosh on a health-conscious salad, or splurge on confectionary cupcake bliss offered by the event’s gourmet food trucks. The corner of 3rd and Spring Street hosts the DTLA Art Walk Dinner and its patrons on the second Thursday of every month.

Eleve Lofts & Skydeck Presents: Food Truck & Fashion Day 2014
Saturday, March 22
Location: 200 E. Broadway Glendale, CA
Time: 4 p.m.- 8 p.m.
Parking: Hourly/metered/private lots, ample parking available on Maryland Avenue
Amenities: Food, entertainment, fashion, prizes
Get a bit more upscale on Saturday evening at the 2014 Food Truck and Fashion Day in Glendale. Sip on some champagne and soak up society’s high-fashion amidst the tantalizing smell of Korean barbeque and Maine lobster hoagies. Entry is free, in addition to swag bags and a Kid I.D. provided by New York Life.
