A CSUN student was raped inside her dorm early Saturday morning, CSUN’s Department of Police Services reported.
According to the Department of Police Services, the victim met the assailant at an off-campus party and returned with him to her dorm at the University Park Apartments. Shortly after, the assailant, who referred to himself as “Alex,” sexually assaulted her in her dorm room.
The assailant is described as a hispanic man, about 5’6 and approximately 145 pounds with short black hair, brown-eyes and a scar on his forehead. He was wearing a white tank-top and dark colored shorts at the time of the assault.
According to the annual Clery security report released by the Department of Police services there were two rape incidents last year on campus.
